Sand Hollow Mobile Home Park

 Since 2008, we’ve helped this St. George, Utah property go from a distressed mobile home park with less than 30 homes to a high-producing mobile home park in tip-top shape with over 230 homes. Our company enabled the owners to turn this park around by maximizing the existing homes’ revenue and helping to purchase and install over 175-new homes. We also cleaned up existing home sites and enforced park rules, which helped us turn this park into a well-maintained community. We pride ourselves on exceeding our client’s expectations.

Sandy Mobile Home Park

Our company took over management of the Sandy Mobile Home Park in 2014. At the time of this acquisition, the previous park manager struggled to collect rent from over half the tenants. Furthermore, nearly all tenants were in serious violation of park rules and there was a general sense of chaos surrounding the park management. In the subsequent years since our company has taken over management of this property, the annual cash flow has tripled. We have been able to eliminate problematic tenants and find new, responsible, paying tenants to take their place. Our Value Added property management style helped us realize this 72-lot mobile home park’s potential.

Tiny Wood Mobile Home Park

Tiny Wood Mobile Home Park is a 56-home mobile home park located in the heart of Sandy. We’ve been managing this park since 2019. During our tenure as this park’s management team, we have responsibly increased revenues to bring this park in line with market rates. Our company has implemented and enforced park rules, which have helped the park maintain order and cleanliness. We have repaired much of the park’s infrastructure and utilities so that this park can adequately provide the necessary services to its tenants. The owner of this park is happy to let us take care of the park’s problems so that he can pursue his other business and personal interests. We can do the same thing for your mobile home park.

Pecan Tree Mobile Home Park

Beginning with the purchase of this park in 2015, we have taken this small mobile home park in Hurricane, Utah, and made some big improvements. When we took over this park seven years ago, it was poorly run and in decline. The previous owner had been unable to get this park the attention it needed. After years of neglect, our company has embarked on many projects to help this park make a turnaround. We have overseen the renovation and removal of many dilapidated and damaged homes, cleaned up undesirable homesites, and oversaw the pavement of park streets. The owners couldn’t be happier with the results.
